Many thanks for your warm messages, I can feel that you are sincere and really care about me, again, I’m appreciated.
It’s a tough decision to make such a big change in my career. As our previous conversation, my mindset is not just to “take a shot”, this decision is to address my career aspiration. I want to take challenges, challenges of sales job. As my previous experience in IBM, tough assignments make me get stronger. If I can survive from this, no difficultly can hinder me after.
For some personal reasons, I depress my emotion very seriously. I don’t express my emotion, cares, appreciations to persons that I care or appreciated. In the interviewing period, I can feel their sincereness about their company culture, “love and caring”. And I began to make changes, I expressed my appreciation to my pervious mentor and manager in person. If their company culture can let me be more mature in emotion expression, it’s worth already!
Next month, I will take tight training courses, may have less time to interlock with you. Please reserves your schedule of early July, I would like to share you more story. And I’m looking forward you will see a new Adonis.
